Home Staging: Are you planning to sell your home? Home staging will help you sell your home quickly. I will do a home walk through and discuss changes that range from assessing your furniture layout, rearranging accessories, and suggestions on neutral paint colors. All designed to increase the value and appeal of your home. A detailed list is provided to the homeowner on all staging modifications.
Redesign: Are you getting tired of a room in your house? Would you like a change, but don’t want to spend a lot of money? I will rearrange your existing furniture, accessories, artwork, and give you a brand new room without spending a lot of money. In most cases, I can shop around your home to find existing items to help transform your “new” space.
Project Management: Are you a busy builder or remodeler? Let me take the design and decorating function off your plate. I will meet your clients to select all of their finishes, get all of the materials ordered, and manage the installation of all of the products. I will walk the client through their building/remodeling process from start to finish.
Consultation: This includes selecting paint colors, assisting in furniture or flooring selections, and much more. You, the homeowner, will do all of the work, but will have the guidance of an experienced professional to help guide you. If you have a limited budget and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this may be the option for you.
